Original M1 helmet liner with Capac/Westinghouse stamp. Korean War production. 69th Infantry Division Insignia along with the insignia of the 272nd Infantry Regiment. Named to a Lieutenant Gooding with officer "follow me" stripe on the back. Condition is excellent used. Liner body is solid, no cracks or chips and has been re-painted. Webbing is good showing little wear. Hardware is clean. Headband, leather chinstrap and neckband are present in very good condition. This is a stunning piece of military history and would make a proud addition to any budding or advanced collection.
