M1 helmet liner adjustable headband. NOS (new old stock). Manufactured by Steinberg Brothers with a 1988 contract stamp. Constructed of cotton webbing, calf leather, a steel bar buckle painted black, 2 toothed and 4 smooth edge spring clips made of steel and also painted black. Condition is excellent.
