Reproduction “Pre-64” M1 Helmet Liner Web Kit
We affectionately call this the “pre-64” web kit, as it was used in helmet liners from roughly 1960 to 1963. It maintains the same configuration as the WWII/Korean War-era kits but features Vietnam-era cotton webbing.

Neckband, headband, and leather chinstrap are sold separately. You’ll find a variety of compatible options in our store, including original, reproduction, and hybrid neckbands. For the chinstrap, we recommend the black buckle version. Be sure to add a new headband to complete your build.
Installation Options:
We offer a rivet setting tool on our Restoration Parts page for easy installation. If you'd prefer not to handle the install yourself, we also offer a professional installation service.
