WWII M1 Helmet complete with liner and all components. Helmet is a late war McCord Radiator with rear seam. The first two numbers in the stamping are difficult to see. My experience with later manganese rimmed helmets is they are often in the 4 digit heat stamp range beginning with "11". I feel this helmet is stamped 1167W. The helmet has excellent paint and texture. The chinstraps are od3 with brass fittings. The helmet liner is made by Seaman's Paper. Headband, neckband and leather chinstrap are all original in very good to excellent condition. Of special interest is the leather chinstrap it has a steel buckle with the patent no. stamped in the flip closure.
This is another excellent example of a WWII helmet made in the later part of 1944 into early 1945. Ready for immediate shipment.
