Original parachutist M1 helmet liner made by Marmac. Factory original paint, webbing and hardware. Condition is excellent, appears to be unissued. Marmac was awarded a contract to manufacture 17,000 of these in 1962. This is the last period where the -A- straps were set under the washers of the head cradle and neckband support. This is an excellent example and would make a welcome addition to any collection.
Headband, neckband, leather chinstrap and web chin cup are not included. These components can be purchased from our store or elsewhere if needed.
