WWII-Style Roughout Boots — Made in the USA
Made by Cove Shoe Company in Pennsylvania, these WWII-style reproduction roughout boots are a find we’re pleased to offer. We purchased them from a costume company’s inventory, unused and still in their original boxes. Best we can tell, these boots were manufactured sometime between 2008 and 2012.
Built with roughout leather uppers, Goodyear welt construction, and Biltrite neoprene soles, they feature the plain toe and unstructured toe box associated with the later WWII service-shoe pattern. The stitched welt construction also allows a cobbler to replace the soles when needed.
Reenactors who purchased pairs at our recent reenactment event gave us great feedback on their fit and comfort, and we’ve enjoyed wearing them ourselves.

Sizing
These boots run true to measured foot size. For example, my foot measures a size 9, although I usually wear a 9.5 or sometimes a 10 in other shoes. In these boots, a size 9 fits comfortably with a good sock.
All pairs are D width. If you normally need a wide shoe, please consider that when ordering; choosing a longer size is not a substitute for the correct width.
Available sizes: 7, 8, 8.5, 9, 9.5, 10, 10.5, 11, and 11.5, while supplies last.
This is a limited purchase of vintage reproduction boots. Once a size sells out, we do not have a restock planned.
